Platelet-rich plasma rejuvenation – PRP

PRP rejuvenation (platelet-rich plasma), often referred to as the “Vampire Facelift,” is a non-invasive aesthetic procedure in which plasma rich in platelets and growth factors is extracted from your own blood to stimulate collagen production in the skin and regenerate other tissues. This revolutionary skin-revitalization technique delivers growth factors precisely to the targeted areas for rejuvenation and renewal, resulting in long-lasting effects. PRP contains not only platelets but also growth factors that intensively stimulate facial skin renewal.

Facial skin rejuvenation

A highly safe method for tissue healing and regeneration

Since PRP is derived from your own blood, it eliminates the risk of immune reactions and transmission of infectious diseases, offering a highly safe method for tissue healing and regeneration. PRP is specifically designed for facial skin rejuvenation, where your own cells renew collagen fibers and elastin, ensuring enduring results. Through PRP, we revitalize the skin, firm sagging areas, and diminish fine lines around the eyes and throughout the face. Skin becomes smoother and renewed, with wrinkles softened by the volumetric effect of biostimulation. The complexion appears radiant, pigmentation reduces, and UV damage visibly diminishes.

PRP is designed for skin rejuvenation on the face, where your own cells help regenerate collagen fibers and elastin, ensuring long-lasting results. With PRP, we restore the skin, tighten sagging areas, and reduce fine lines around the eyes and throughout the face. The skin becomes smoother, wrinkles are minimized due to the volumetric biostimulation effect, and the skin appears radiant. Pigmentation and damage caused by UV rays are reduced.

Side effects are minimal and resolve quickly (within minutes to hours) or may not occur at all: – Local swelling at the injection sites, burning sensation, redness, itching.

Contraindications are checked before the procedure with the doctor perfoming the procedure.

Combines two therapies in one procedure that have synergistic effects.

  • PRP: Patient’s platelet concentration is prepared with Cellular Matrix™, providing an autologous reservoir of growth factors. Platelets are key to the regeneration of hard and soft tissues. They provide important growth factors: PDGF, TGF-BETA, EGF, IGF, VEGF…
Plasma contains numerous factors and nutrients essential for cell survival, hormones, electrolytes, vitamins, and proteins that stimulate cell proliferation and differentiation (collagen formation).
  • Hyaluronic Acid (HA): Hyaluronic Acid Hyaluronic acid is non-cross-linked and of high quality. The content is 2ml of 2% HA. It has an exceptional ability to retain water.

The combination of both procedures allows for intense tissue regeneration in the treated area and intensive hydration of the skin.

The number of treatments depends on the area being treated, desired results, and initial skin condition.

  • Surface Wrinkles: 3 treatments at intervals (D0/D15/D30)
  • Hair Loss/Baldness: 3 treatments every 4-6 weeks, then maintenance every 6 months
  • Hair Transplant Prep: 3-4 weeks before, on the day of, and 3-4 weeks after transplant
  • Stretch Marks and Scars: 1 treatment typically suffices
  • Deep Wrinkles, Dark Circles: 3 treatments (D0/D15/D30), then every 6 months
  • Surface and Deep Wrinkles with Intensive Hydration: Cellular matrix treatment on D0/D30/D60

Treatment of Hair Loss (Alopecia)

Alopecia refers to complete or partial hair loss, affecting both men and women. The causes are linked to various factors, including heredity, gender, scalp blood supply, nutrition, smoking, and hormonal balance. Types of alopecia include:

  • Acute Diffuse Alopecia (caused by stress, syphilis, toxins from drugs or poisons)
  • Progressive Diffuse Alopecia (a sign of systemic diseases, androgenic alopecia)
  • Localized Non-Scarring Alopecia (such as alopecia areata, fungal or bacterial alopecia)
  • Localized Scarring Alopecia (common in hair transplants)

Treatment of androgenic alopecia requires a precise examination to determine the cause of hair loss.

Hair Growth Cycle

In our centre, we treat alopecia with mesotherapy and PRP (platelet-rich plasma).

Why Mesotherapy?

  • Restores local circulation
  • Provides essential vitamins (biotin, vitamins B5, A, E, and D)
  • Enhances tissue renewal through needling
  • Stimulates hair follicles
  • Recommended before and after hair transplants to improve transplant results

Why PRP?

PRP accelerates hair regeneration and growth using your own cells by applying platelet-rich plasma. This plasma contains abundant growth factors that enhance scalp regeneration, with excellent results. We recommend 1 to 3 sessions, with results typically visible within 3–6 months, sometimes sooner.

Mesotherapy Protocol

3–4 sessions at 15-day intervals for the first two months, followed by 1 session per month for three months.

PRP Protocol

1 session every 6 weeks for a total of 3–4 sessions.

PRP and mesotherapy can be combined, incorporating PRP into the mesotherapy process.

At our clinic, we use the top-quality PRP currently available on the market, fully compliant with EU regulations. Regen Lab PRP is exceptionally pure, offering the highest platelet concentration with minimal leukocytes.

PRP is highly effective when used in combination with other rejuvenation methods—laser therapy, chemical peels, botox, fillers, and more. PRP has been utilized for years in orthopedics, plastic surgery, sports medicine, ophthalmology, aesthetic medicine, gynecology, and veterinary medicine.

  • Reduction of facial wrinkles and fine lines (marionette lines, nasolabial folds, crow’s feet)
