Meet the founder and formulator of DALÚ Natural Skincare, Lucija Kračun. Lucija is a medical doctor graduated at University of Ljubljana. She is specialised in family practice medicine and has 18 years of experience in medical field. During the last 10 years she also practiced aesthetic medicine and run an aesthetic centre in Slovenia. Abroad she attained AAAMED Diploma (American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine) for aesthetic medicine. In many years of professional experience in the field of medicine and aesthetic medicine she acquired a wealth of knowledge home and abroad about human body, skin, and its functions. For the past few years she intensively studied natural ingredients to create genuine effective natural skincare.

DALÚ Natural Skincare represents a synergy of medical knowledge, scientific knowledge about skin, knowledge about medicinal plants and how they can be harnessed to create extraordinary skincare products. The founder’s mission was to create science-based high performance natural skincare with visible results without harming the skin but nourish it holistically and ensure healthy, beautiful, and radiant skin.

DALÚ represents a life challenge of the founder and is a legacy to her children and a contribution to a better world. She has devoted her life to medicine and with a new worldview and out of respect to nature she gained astonishing insights about the immense power of medicinal plants and their effects on the skin.

Symbolism
The meanings of DALÚ embody exactly what is the essence of our prestigious cosmetics. Gratitude comes first – a respectful tribute to nature, which gives us the raw materials for the beauty and health of our skin. In the Indian language (Sanskrit), DALÚ means God’s gift and the natural ingredients in our products are definitely God’s gift.

The symbolism of Arabic is eloquent: DALÚ is a fountain jug. A fountain is a water source which is the vital fluid for our health and existence. The name DALÚ represents the immense power of nature for the beauty and health of the skin.
