DALU reminds that a payment may be declined in case you have entered incorrect payment information or there are not enough funds on the chosen account to make the payment
If a payment has been declined due to unknown reason, DALU suggests trying another payment method. If such is unavailable, please contact us.
When an order is placed on our website, we immediately begin processing it to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to cancel or change an order once it’s submitted.

You can track your order via courier. You will receive notification on your e-mail or by SMS the moment your order is prepared. You will receive an automatic update on your package.
When an order is placed on our website, we immediately begin processing it to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to change an order, including delivery address, once it’s submitted.
However, the address can be changed by notifying the courier who will call you on the delivery date to coordinate the address and time of arrival.
You should receive you order within 1-7 business days after receiving payment and processing your order . For most countries delivery date is between 1-3 days. If you still haven't received your order after 7 business days, please contact our customer service for assistance.
If you received damaged products, please contact us right away or within 3 days from the delivery by e-mail: shop@dalubeauty.com and we will send you a new package right away.
DALU will issue a refund within 14 business days of receiving your returned order in our warehouse if you no longer want the product.
The consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods, consumer is obliged to inform DALU in writing and return the product, which must be completely in perfect condition and unopened. If expiration date of the product is less than one week or a product is especially made for the customer or tailored to his wishes, cancellation of the contract is no longer possible.
If appropriate the seller will repay the payments already made within 14 days of the written complaint and when receiving your returned order in our warehouse.

All DALU products are 100 % natural, non-toxic and without GMOs. We use exclusively ingredients acquired from sustainable resources and from suppliers with ecology certificates like COSMOS, Ecocert and others…
Before a formulation is finished and subjected to laboratory tests, several individuals participate to provide us with their subjective evaluation of the product sample. We include people with all skin types including sensitive and allergy – prone individuals.
After a formulation becomes a product it is being subjected to several laboratory test. All product have stability tests to measure various physical and chemical properties and determining expiration date. Furthermore microbiological and challenge tests are performed on products. All DALU product are dermatologically tested by esteemed international certificated laboratory J.S.Hamilton. Individuals of various ages and skin types use the product under the surveillance of certificated dermatologists and report their reactions. The product is tested to make sure that it does not cause allergic reaction or irritation. All DALU product are clinically tested for proven results. The studies are carried out for 28 days on individuals. The results are measured with high technological devices to show real results.
DALU products are hypoallergenic and irritation-free.
The majority of DALU products is vegan. The designations are especially exposed in product descriptions.

While formulating the products, we were led by three key plants: immortelle, marigold and pomegranate, which convinced us with their incredible effects on the skin. We combined traditional use with the modern scientific findings including biotechnological complexes. In every DALU product there is at least one natural biotechnological complex.
The natural environment for Immortelle in the Mediteranean region is hot summer and mild winter with cold wind BURJA. As a result at the time of harvest
Immortelle is rich with active ingredients required to survive in hard weather conditions. Immortelle is a well studied plant for its numerous good benefits on the skin.
With the help of the modern technology and ecological processes such as cold pressing and steam distillation, we keep most original active substances in the product. All raw materials come from controlled organic production in harmony with nature and without exploitation of people or destroying the nature.
DALU Natural Skincare is produced in harmony with nature and for nature. The packaging meets product requirements, protects it from environment, is inert and made of ecologically degradable materials. It also ensures efficient and highly aesthetic recognisability of our products and carries a clear message.
The inner packaging is made of glass. It meets all the EU requirements of the high-quality production.
The droppers in serums are made of glass and the holder is of PP. The cream is in glass bottles and not in cups due to microbiological integrity. The pump is made of PP and SBC.
The paper of the external packaging is in accordance with ecological standards, namely:
• FSC certificate of an independent and non-profit organization that was founded in 1993 with the purpose of promoting of responsible forest management all over the world.
• ISEGA certificate on the food contact integrity.
• The CN Carbon Neutral mark that indicates a reduced carbon footprint.
• 100 % of energy needed for the paper production was gained from renewable sources.
Transport packaging is made from a minimum of 90% recycled material and is fully recyclable
