What are the biggest mistakes we make when taking care of our skin?

It is essential to recognize your skin type and take care of it accordingly.

Considering the flood of cosmetic products, I notice that users apply too many care products, which is especially undesirable for sensitive skin and can lead to deterioration of the skin’s appearance.

Every good cream must provide the primary needs of your skin (retaining moisture, protecting and restoring the phospholipid barrier, softening the skin, and removing dead cells)

Here are some quick tips that are worth keeping in mind

  1. Avoid the sun from an early age or protect yourself adequately from the sun. Stay in the shade during the hours when the sun is most vital, and regularly use a high protection factor (at least SPF 30) even when you go shopping or for a walk. Use UV protective clothing, a wide-brimmed hat, and sunglasses at sea. Finally, don’t forget that the sun is your skin’s worst enemy for aging and skin cancer.

  2. Invest in a good moisturizer containing at least three moisturizers and ingredients that soothe and restore the skin. The level of hyaluronic acid in the skin begins to decline after age 18 and rises sharply after age 40. Therefore, we suggest applying an excellent serum with hyaluronic acid before the cream—for example, Dalu Hyaluronic acid elixir.

  3. Drink plenty of water without added sugar. Avoid fizzy drinks. Daily fluid needs are between 2-3 liters

  4. Eat as healthy as possible. Avoid simple carbohydrates, sugary drinks, and frozen and fried foods. The skin is our largest organ and mirrors our internal health – “eat your skincare.”

  5. Take enough time for quality sleep because sleep is key to regenerating the body and mind.

  6. Treat yourself to a regular visit to your favorite spa center, where you will take good care of your skin and body. In addition, a visit to the sauna is necessary, as it detoxifies the body

  7. Clean the skin regularly after using makeup. Don’t fall asleep with makeup on! Instead, clean the skin with gentle cleansing milk or micellar water.

  8. Clean your mobile phone regularly, wash your pillow covers and change your towels to keep bacteria on your skin as much as possible.

  9. Alcohol and cigarettes are great accelerators of rapid skin aging. Let these be habits of the past.

But the results take time, so consistency in use is required.
